#YOUTHS-Ibiza: Heritage, Charm, and Fun on a Mediterranean Island

Arrive to Ibiza. (Depending on the hour of arrival) In the afternoon visit of the Can Rich Winery. Guided tour of the facilities and explanation of the process of winemaking and Ibizan herbs. There will be tasting of wines Blanco Can Rich, Rosado Can Rich, Tinto Selección, Hierbas Ibicencas and appetizer of local products (vegetable coca, empanada, cheese, Can Rich oil and payés bread). Tastings are held on the terraces of the winery overlooking the vineyard. Transfer to the hotel for accommodation and dinner.

After breakfast, We will do the Lost City Route. The tour begins in the valley near San Mateu, where most of the grapes are produced for winemaking on the island. In the woods, too, you will enjoy the scented and shaded pines, olive trees, fig and carob trees, and you will look for rosemary, thyme and lavender on the way. The guide will tell the long and interesting history of the area along the way. Distance: 10-12 kms; Duration: 3-4 hours Difficulty: Average Lunch in typical local restaurant, and free time to rest. At the end of the afternoon, we will do a magnificent Gastronomic Tour. This tour starts at 18.30 in the city of Ibiza. It lasts 4 hours and includes an amazing hidden tea shop, wine tasting and a special restaurant with quality Michelin star tapas, Chef Boris. This wonderful chef worked in a famous Michelin star restaurant in Copenhagen and now prepares the most amazing tapas using the best fresh produce grown on the island of Ibiza. You can try hams and cheeses combined with fabulous Rioja wines, followed by a visit to a Spanish bar popular with locals to taste skewers and tapas. The tour ends with a short walk through the old town to taste some delicious ice cream from local production. This Tour is the equivalent of a light lunch and dinner. Return to the hotel for accommodation. Free time to enjoy night life of Ibiza.

First thing in the morning, we’ll do a fantastic balloon flight. It lasts approximately 4 hours and includes insurance and free flight (between 50-60min). After the flight, the baptism of the air and delivery of Certificate (includes glass of Cava) and enjoy a breakfast in a typical bar in the center of the island. Rest of the morning free and lunch in typical local restaurant. In the afternoon we will make a spectacular Buggy Tour (1Big Buggy 2 people) (16h) It includes the vehicle, gasoline, 1 bottle of water and the guide. Insurance to third parties and responsibility stipulated by the council of Ibiza. It will be a tour of the valleys, rural villages and cliffs. Also, some stop at some beach. It will be an unforgettable experience! Return to the hotel for accommodation. Free time to enjoy night life of Ibiza.

After breakfast, free time to enjoy the beautiful beaches or the hotel’s swimming pool before departure to the airport, to take flight back.
