Upon Arrival: At the airport, passengers should go to the exit gate for contracted units to hotels/contracted services, where they will find Azabache staff wearing denim pants and white or dark blue polo shirts with an Azabache logo or the client's name on a sign.
Meeting Point: If you cannot find our representative, go to the “Welcome Bar” where assistance will come to find you or call our contact numbers.
Note: The “Welcome Bar” is only located in terminals 1, 2, and 4. If you are at terminal 3, please go to “Margaritaville.”
The maximum waiting time for domestic flights will be 30 minutes, and for international flights, it will be up to 90 minutes. Azabache staff will start timing once the flight has landed.
If for any reason the client cannot arrive on the specified flight, they must notify us in writing or by phone. The client must provide information about the new flight and arrival time. It can be rescheduled as long as we have available units and the times remain within the operation hours of the contracted services (Shared services from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, pick-up times must be within this schedule). Azabache is not responsible for refunds if new flights are not notified. If our representatives do not have information about the flight change, the client will be considered a "No Show" and the airport pick-up service will be subject to availability (not guaranteed).
Upon Departure: Your pick-up time will be notified the day before your departure. Drivers will wait at the hotel door for only ten minutes for scheduled passengers. If passengers do not show up at the scheduled time, they must make their own transportation arrangements and cover the cost. If you have changed hotels or flights, you must notify us to make the necessary changes before 2:00 PM the day before your departure.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Cancellations must be made in writing and must be received at the hotel before the dates mentioned above; otherwise, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay will apply. If the reservation is canceled within the deadline for reservations, or if it is not canceled and the guest does not arrive at the hotel, a no-show fee equivalent to one night’s stay will apply, including reserved meal plans.
Any name change will be considered a cancellation and is subject to the provisions of the cancellation policy.

Provision of services: As a general rule, your data will be

reservation request. In FLYANDBED, all services provided by a third party

purchase products through FLYANDBED. Please note that these providers may also
contact you as necessary to obtain additional information.
2. Service
providers that provide services or perform functions on our behalf: Credit card
