Rates are not applicable during peak or block-out periods, determined at the time of reservation.

Gold Reef City:

Not operational on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Last entrance is at 15h00.

Vehicle & Guide Services:

In Garden Route: Vehicle is at disposal for 8 hours.

Other locations: Vehicle use is limited to scheduled tours.

Driver cum guide is available for sightseeing only; airport transfers are serviced by a driver only.

Hotel Policies:

Standard check-in time: 15h00; standard check-out time: 10h00.

Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel discretion and availability.

Family rooms may include a sleeper cot, couch, or mattress for additional guests.

Twin/Double room requests must be made at the time of confirmation.

Interleading and adjacent rooms are subject to availability upon check-in.

No rooms are blocked; availability will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Additional Charges:

Transfers before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM incur a surcharge.

Vehicle waiting time beyond 15 minutes is charged at ZAR 150 per hour.

Tourism tax (if applicable) is payable directly at the hotel.

Conservation and gate entry fees at game lodges must be settled directly by guests.

Game Drives:

Operated on a shared (SIC) basis.

Children below 6 years are not allowed on game drives in Kruger National Park.

Ensure flight timings align with Kruger gate hours (MQP/HDS/SKZ).

Inclusions & Exclusions:

Water bottles are not included except for one provided in hotel rooms, subject to hotel policy.

Meals, restaurant water bottles, and personal expenses (porterage, tips, laundry, beverages, etc.) are not included.

Taxes & Payments:

Payments received in India are subject to 5% TCS.

Other Notes:

Hotels may change without prior notice in case of non-availability.

Porterage and tips are excluded from the package cost.

6. vehicle is at disposal for 8 hours however in the rest of the places it is only as per the tours
7. Service of a Driver cum guide is available only during sightseeings, however for airport transfers service of a DRIVER ONLY is available.
8. Standard Check-in Time is 15h00 & Check out Time is 10h00Please note that water bottles are not included in the tour, except for the one provided in the hotel room, depending on the hotel.
9. No Early Check-in or Late Check is guaranteed and is subject to availability depending on the Hotels Discretion
10. Any family rooms booked for 3 adults or 2 adults with 1 or 2 children will include an extra sleeper cot, sleeper couch, or mattress to accommodate the additional guests.
11. Request for Twin/Double rooms to be provided at the time of confirmation
12. Interleading and adjacent rooms are available upon request and subject to availability at check-in time.
13. All transfers taken before 8 AM and/or post 9 PM will be applicable with a surcharge.
14. Vehicle Waiting time will be additionally charged ZAR 150 Per Hour after 15 minutes of the pick-up time.
15. Some hotels might levy Tourism Tax which needs to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
16. Conservation fee and gate entry fee to be settled directly by the guest in the Game Drive Lodges
17. Game Drives are on an SIC basis
18. Kruger gate timings are time permissible so please check flight timings before you book the Internal Flight tickets for Kruger Portion - MQP/HDS/SKZ
19. Children below the age of 6 years are not permitted on game drives at all lodges in Kruger National Park
20. Any meal Restaurant water bottles is not included and are to be purchased at extra cost
21. STD check-in time at overnight establishments is 1500 Hrs while check-out time  is 1100 Hrs
22. Any transfers taken before 8 am or post 2100hrs surcharge will be applicable
23. NO rooms have been blocked, the same will be subject to availability at the time of booking.
24. Services of a personal nature like porterage, Tips, laundry, telephone calls, beverages, etc are not included in the above cost.
25. For any payments received in India a TCS of 05% will be applicable
26. Hotels are subject to change in case of non-availability without any notice
27. Above rates are not applicable during peak period and block out period which will be known only at the time of reservation
