DIA 01 – CIUDAD DEL CABO / LLEGADA
Llegada a la Ciudad del Cabo y traslado con chofer de habla inglesa hacia su hotel.
DIA 02 – CIUDAD DEL CABO (D)
Desayuno en el hotel. A continuación Tour de medio día por la Ciudad del Cabo, visitando por ejemplo el pintoresco barrio musulmán “Cape Malay” con sus casas coloridas, el centro histórico que incluye la calle “Long Street”, “Adderley”, “The Castle” (el Castillo), “District Six”, el mercado de artesanías “Greenmarket Square”, los jardines históricos de la compañía “Company Gardens” rodeados por edificios importantes como el Parlamento, la Catedral Anglicana y Museos (Isiko Museum / District Six Museum / Bo-Kaap Museum). Ascenso de Table Mountain en teleférico, una visita que ofrece unas vistas panorámicas de la Ciudad y la Península – Boleto no incluido (Aprox 30 USD por adulto- paga en destino) - Actividad sujeta a las condiciones climáticas – Recomendamos intentarlo en la primera ocasión de buen tiempo. Regreso al hotel y alojamiento.
DIA 03 – CIUDAD DEL CABO (D)
Desayuno en el hotel. Salida a Excursión de día entero al Cabo de Buena Esperanza pasando por los barrios costeros de Clifton y Camps Bay, haciendo una parada en el puerto pesquero de Hout Bay. Aquí se puede hacer un crucero opcional (ZAR 140 por adulto) a la isla Duiker Island, para ver una colonia de focas del Cabo. Después, disfrutarán de la flora, fauna y vistas imponentes de la Reserva Natural del Cabo de Buena Esperanza y Cape Point, el punto más meridional de la península. Luego se hace una parada en una playa de Boulder en Simonstown para ver una colonia de pingüinos africanos. Visita al jardín botánico de Kirstenbosch (excluye entrada ZAR 250 pp)
DIA 04 – CIUDAD DEL CABO / DURBAN / ST LUCIA (D)
Desayuno en el hotel. Traslado con chofer de habla inglesa hacia el aeropuerto para salir en vuelo hacia Durban (debe llegar antes del mediodía). Traslado (saliendo antes del mediodía) hacía St Lucia en Zululand con chofer de habla inglesa (aproximadamente 3 horas sin contar con paradas) y la región del parque de los Pantanos de iSimangaliso sitio de Patrimonio Mundial entre el océano Índico y el estuario. Con su exuberante vegetación de selva tropical, esa red de lagos es el hábitat natural de hipopótamos, cocodrilos, antílopes, iguanas. Alojamiento en Safari Camps St Lucia.
DIA 05 – ST LUCIA (D)
Desayuno en el hotel. Safari con guía de habla hispana por el Parque de los pantanos de iSimangaliso con sus diferentes paisajes y animales hasta una de las playas más bellas de la costa, Cape Vidal. Por la tarde, crucero a través del estuario con avistamientos de hipopótamos, cocodrilos y aves (aproximadamente 2 horas). Alojamiento en Safari Camps St Lucia.
DIA 06 – ZULULAND / REGION DEL PN KRUGER (D)
Desayuno en el hotel. Visita con guía de habla hispana de una aldea cultural que le permite comprender mejor la vida de los zulús, la historia, las leyendas y la cultura, sus danzas tribales y el significado de sus trabajos y adornos. Salida hacia la región del PN Kruger (aprox. 7 horas sin contar paradas). Alojamiento.
DIA 07 – BLYDE RIVER CANYON / RESERVA (Pensión Completa y Entrada)
Después de su desayuno, salida con su guía de habla hispana haciendo la famosa ruta panorámica del Cañón del Río Blyde, el único cañón verde y el tercer más grande en el mundo. Se hace parada en un mirador espectacular dominando el cañón, las 3 Chozas y una visita a los Bourkes Luck Potholes (las Marmitas de la suerte de Bourke). Se continua hacia un safari lodge. Aquí tendrán el privilegio de encontrarse cara a cara con leones, leopardos, chitas, búfalos, elefantes, jirafas y mucho más. La ventaja de estas reservas es la posibilidad de dejar los senderos siguiendo el rastro de los animales hasta ellos. Esto permite una observación más prolongada y cercana, aumentando la probabilidad de ver aún los felinos más esquivos. Será una experiencia única e inolvidable que vale el gasto suplementario. DIA 08 – RESERVA (Pensión Completa y Entrada) Desayuno en el hotel. Safari al atardecer en vehículo abierto 4x4 por la reserva con su guía de habla hispana. Alojamiento en Safari Camps de Reserva Privada.
DIA 09 – RESERVA / NELSPRUIT / JOHANNESBURGO / REGRESO (D)
Desayuno. Safari al amanecer en vehículo abierto 4x4 por la reserva con su guía de habla hispana. Se continúa hacia Nelspruit, para traslado con chofer de habla inglesa en transporte minibús regular hacia el Aeropuerto de Johannesburgo OR Tambo (llegada a eso de las 18h00). A la hora indicada traslado al aeropuerto para tomar vuelo de regreso.
NOTA: Para un suplemento en vez del traslado por carretera en minibús regular, es posible sustituir por un vuelo o traslado privado por carretera desde Nelspruit hacia Johannesburgo (suplemento aprox USD 89 por persona)
Tarjeta de asistencia médica durante todo el recorrido (cubrimiento de USD 60.000 por accidente o enfermedad no preexistente) por evento, aplica suplemento del 50 % para mayores de 76 a 85 años, esta tarjeta tiene seguro de cancelación incluido hasta 2000 USD.

Después de pagados y expedidos los tiquetes domésticos aéreos no podrán ser reembolsados, ni endosados, ni se podrá hacer cambio de fecha.
La tasa de aeropuerto y el recargo por combustible se calculará nuevamente antes de emitir los tiquetes de vuelos internos.
Pasaporte en perfecto estado por lo menos 6 meses de vigencia con respecto a la fecha de ingreso a los Países que visita y tener un mínimo cinco hojas en blanco.
Niños menores de 4 años no pueden participar en los safaris.
El avistamiento de animales no será garantizado para todas las actividades con animales salvajes.

La duración de los trayectos sirve a título indicativo solamente y excluye paradas.

Muchos alojamientos en África no ofrecen triples para tres adultos. En el caso de tomar una habitación triple normalmente las camas son dos camas dobles o una cama doble y un sofá cama. No será tres camas.

1. Personal data information

Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of
digital rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you of some questions about the treatment
of your personal information by FLYANDBED.
1.1.-Who is responsible for your data treatment?

Provision of services: We collect your data to be able to
manage your request about the services we offer that may include flights,
accommodation, transportation, activities and transfers.

our services and products, as well as offers and information that we think may
be of interest to you.
1.3.- How long do we keep your data?
Provision of services: As a general rule, your data will be
kept until the end for which they were collected is achieved. In addition, for
reasons of current tax legislation, we will store your data for a period of
five years, after which we will destroy it if there is no request for
conservation.
Commercial communications: In order to keep you informed of
our products and services, the data processing for commercial purposes will
remain until you exercise your right of opposition or deletion.
1.4.- Are automated decisions made about your data?
Yes, automated decisions about your personal data are
planned.
1.5.-What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
The consent will be the basis of legitimation in those
treatments in which they have been required and you have granted it to us, for

their own privacy policy in which FLYANDBED will not be responsible for
compliance with it.
Under some circumstances, FLYANDBED may share, use, preserve
or disclose Personal Information with third parties, in a non-aggregated manner
to provide our services to:
1. Suppliers:
Such as hotel, airline or activity rental providers, which satisfy your travel
reservation request. In FLYANDBED, all services provided by a third party
provider are described as such. We recommend that you examine the privacy
policies of any third party that provides travel services from whom you
purchase products through FLYANDBED. Please note that these providers may also
contact you as necessary to obtain additional information.
2. Service
providers that provide services or perform functions on our behalf: Credit card
processing, business analytics, customer service or marketing. Service
providers may collect and access the information necessary to perform their
functions, but they are not allowed to share or use the information for any
other purpose.
3. Competent
authorities: In some cases, we must cooperate with the competent authorities.
Thus:
3.1. If we believe that it is reasonably necessary to satisfy any law or legal process anywhere in
the world and we believe that doing so may diminish our responsibility or allow
us to defend our legal rights. In any case, we will only provide the required
information.
3.2. If we believe that this action is appropriate to enforce the terms and conditions of FLYANDBED, including any investigation of possible violations of them.
3.3. If necessary to detect, prevent, or in any way address and prosecute fraud, security or technical issues related to FLYANDBED.
3.4. If that action is adequate to protect the rights, property or security of FLYANDBED, its employees and users.
3.5. If we believe it is reasonably necessary to satisfy any law or on its own initiative or at the request of third parties that demonstrate a legitimate interest.
3.6. Likewise, if FLYANDBED participates in a merger, acquisition or other transaction that involves the sale of all or some of its assets or securities with voting rights, the User’s information, including Personal Information obtained through the Service, may be included in the transferred assets or securities. If this occurs, the User’s Personal Information will continue to be the subject of this Privacy Policy.
1.7 Who do we communicate your data to?
On the occasion of the execution of the contracted services, we will transfer your data to the companies that request this, such as hotels, car rental companies, airlines, etc. You should keep in mind that such assignments are essential to facilitate the contracted services.
The data communicated to the suppliers will consist of your name, surname, identity document (ID or passport), age, date of birth and nationality, as well as the possible observations that you have noted in your reservation.

You should know that, by treating your personal data, you have some rights that we detail bellow:

· Right of rectification: You will have the right to rectify your data, either because they are inaccurate or because they have changed.
· Right of deletion: You can also request the deletion of your data as long as any of the causes of art. 17.3 GDPR
· Right to object: You will have the right to request that your personal data not be processed for certain purposes.
· Right to the limitation of the treatment: You can also request the limitation of the processing of your data in the following cases:

FLYANDBED in some cases conditions the use of the Service to the previous completion of the corresponding User registration, and must indicate at least the information marked with a yellow dot on certain personal

We remind you that to carry out a correct provision of the service you must provide us with the exact and truthful data, reserving the right of exclusion of the services to the interested parties who have provided false information and without prejudice to the legal actions that the Responsible can initiate.
When you make a reservation for another person through FLYANDBED, we will request personal information and travel preferences from that person. You must obtain the consent of these other persons before providing us with your

2.-Use of the web
In this case, the Service collects, in addition to the IP address from which it is accessed, the following User information:
